This just in: Former NYC Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik has been sentenced to four years in federal prison. Last year, Kerik admitted to lying to the White House while being considered to run the Department of Homeland Security. Kerik also pleaded guilty to tax fraud and six other felonies. Kerik was deemed by some as a hero after the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks. Click here to see Chris Cuomo’s interview with Bernard Kerik back in 2005
