It's been said, things happen in threes.  So here's a quick note to set up tonight's scheduled "Playlist," which will feature a pop star who helped discover up-and-comer Justin Bieber, whose profile last Friday came one week after Adam Lambert appeared on the show to share his "Playlist" influences. Well, tonight, it's Usher, who sat down yesterday with producer Victoria Thompson at a Manhattan studio space (pictured above, the same place we interviewed Sting). The song-and-dance man's new album, "Raymond Vs Raymond" is out March 30. I'm not going to spoil who's on Usher's list — though it likely will come as no surprise that the "King of Pop" is among the artistes. Usher, often described an heir to Michael Jackson, delivered a soulful performance at the star's funeral service. Click HERE for the complete "Playlist" library. Embedded below is the Justin Bieber profile from last week, and the Adam Lambert "Playlist."
