<description>I believe the point-in-chief that was not stated actually dealing with the dress code, not because of the same-sex issue. Men were to be dressed in tuxedos and women were to wear dresses. The Plaintiff in this action wanted to dress ina tux. These types of lawsuits leads to privately sponsored parties. I think what is pertinent here is the rights of the the others to have their party in an unfettered atmosphere that is based on a non-discriminatory basis. Girls wear dresses and the boys wear tuxedos. It&#039;s a no brainer.
Dress Codes are not discriminatory. You wouldn&#039;t wear cut-offs and a tank-to to a Presidential Ball or a country club dance!

<description>Why is it that in AMERICA... we are so discriminating against people, when as a parent and a teacher i spend my time teaching children to accept everyone and be open to new ideas and others intersts. WE LIVE IN AMERICA a counrty that is suppossed to allow freedom of expression... when will AMERICA begin to realize this again I do not know!
