Many Republicans are applauding President Obama's new energy plan, which would open up oil and natural gas drilling off the Atlantic Coast after a 20-year moratorium. The potential upsides are job and revenue creation and decreased reliance on foreign energy sources. As Sarah Palin famously said, "Drill, baby, drill."
