iPhone Uh-Oh: Apple’s Big Blunder

Steve Jobs, clad in his signature black turtleneck, today announced that all iPhone 4 owners are eligible for free bumper cases that prevent reception problemsfrom the infamous "death grip." "We're not perfect and phones aren't perfect either," said the Apple co-founder, who refrained from apologizing for the design flaw and instead demonstrated how other major phone companies were plagued by a similar problem. "If you're still not happy, we'll give you your money back," Jobs said. But has Apple lost its luster? For a company known for flawless designs, how much will this stumble affect its reputation? What do you think? Bill Weir has the full story from Cupertino tonight. Below, check out our report on the new iPhone's many features.

Above, Nightline refers to Apple as “a company known for flawless designs”.
You can’t be serious. crApple has a history of putting out junk, going all the way back to its MacIntrash computers.
Who feeds the crap to the media that crApple’s products are flawless designs? Did you ever have the pain and disappointment of owning or having your company put you on a crApple platform?
Get the facts right. Jobs is a hyping con-artist, who peddles junk. He was then, and he is now. crApple has never created any technology of its own. It buys its processors and all other technology from other sources and then assembles electronic toys for the mindless masses; and it writes cheesy software–no new technology is created!

What makes me angry is that the media is only focusing on reception problems. The 4.0 software update caused thousands of Apple users to lose the ability to access the internet. Where is the investigative reporting on this issue?

Doodles makes a good point. The media needs to dig deep and get the real facts on crApple. crApple may have a lot of people fooled, but they do not have me fooled. This whole company is headed for a tailspin.

The folks that love the iphone, will continue to “forgive” Apple for any error, mistake or blunder and still call the iphone (or the ipad) the worlds best invention after sliced bread. The iphone is a great PDA, gadget and “thing to have”, but from the first model to the last model a worse phone than the sub $20.00 walmart prepaid phone.
