No. Iraq is not ready. The hostilities in the country have continued. We need to keep the troops there for a long time, until a whole new mentality evolves in the country. This will require a turnover of two generations in the population of Iraq. The model for us to follow is our keeping troops in Germany for several decades after World War II. We should not be pulling the troops out of Iraq now. We should be sending more. This is a serious misstep by that disaster in the Whitehouse that calls itself the US president. His handlers need to buy him a history book.

Seriously? I don’t care if Iraq is ready 4 us to pull out. In fact get all our troops back home world wide. Has anyone come to our aid to combat unemployment, real estate crisis leaving millions of Americans homeless and desperate, the Auto industry crashing here but flourishing in other countries? Who physically came to our aid after 911? Has any other country in the world set foot on our ground or offered financial assistance to us? NO, they come here illegally across our borders and THEY HAVE RIGHTS? We just hand over our troops worldwide, to fight everyone elses battles. We have so many wars/battles on our own streets. Yet the Federal Govt. cuts huge funding for our schools impacting state funding dropping rapidly per student, per district. Seems America is the only country hurting as we protect freedom worldwide. We fight a war (with other countries), we win and we rebuild the country/people damaged. We open our borders to everyone we just fought. WHAT OTHER COUNTRY DOES THIS? I don’t really care if Iraq is ready 4 us to leave. GET OUT!

As an American who is from an Arabic and Muslim descant. Just as we aspect from Americans to exercise religion tolerance, Muslims and Saudi Muslims whom are behind the house of prior near ground zero I believe, should practice tolerance toward those who lost loved one(s) on the fatal day 9/11/2001 and choose another location for their house.

From Iraqi freedom war veteran and former Iraqi resident, it’s matter of time before we all see the straggle of power in Iraq will lead to all out civil war within nine months; I hope I’m wrong! We should never transferred power so soon, I think.
