It was a big day for Sarah Palin, with reports that the first episode of her TLC reality show, "Sarah Palin's Alaska," chalked up almost 5 million viewers, an extremely healthy number. And the cherry on top? Also today, the New Oxford American Dictionary announced that a word Palin inadvertently coined in a Twitter message — "refudiate" — has been named word of the year for 2010.
