Ratings Report for “This Week with Christiane Amanpour” 

On December 5, 2010, ABC News’ “This Week with Christiane Amanpour” drew 2.05 million Total Viewers and 642,000 Adults 25-54, according to Nielsen Media Research.  

On Sunday, “This Week” aired an exclusive panel discussion on the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. The panel featured former NATO Supreme Allied Commander General Wesley Clark; executive director of the Log Cabin Republicans R. Clarke Cooper; director of National Security and Joint Warfare at the Marine Corps War College Tammy Schultz; Senior Fellow of the Family Research Council Lieutenant Colonel Bob Maginnis (Ret.); Elaine Donnelly of the Center for Military Readiness; and former Sergeant First Class Stacy Vasquez, who was discharged under DADT. 

The program also featured a special roundtable discussion that began ABC News’ division-wide series, “Afghanistan: Can We Win?” Former Ambassador to the UN and Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad; former National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski; Sakena Yacoobi of the Afghan Institute of Learning, and ABC News’ George Will joined Ms. Amanpour for the discussion. 

Christiane Amanpour is the anchor of “This Week” and Ian Cameron is the executive producer. The program airs Sundays on the ABC Television Network.
