‘Fracking’ Waste Contaminates Water Supply, Linked to Earthquakes

A natural gas company today halted use of "fracking"–using toxic chemicals and water to fracture rock and release gas–after thousands of gallons of toxic fracking waste escaped a well in Pennsylvania and flowed into the local water supply. In Arkansas, disposal of fracking water is tied to an incredible uptick in earthquakes. Do you think fracking should be legal? Is there fracking in your area?
