Republican House district in a special election that appeared to hinge on Rep. Paul Ryan's plan to restructure Medicare. Winning Democrat Kathy Hochul successfully tied the Republican, Jane Corwin, to the Ryan Medicare plan. Do you think the election bodes ill for the GOP in 2012? If not, why?
