New Sunscreen Labeling: Will It Stick?

New sunscreen labeling rules announced today by the FDA will ban the use of the terms "waterproof" or "sweatproof," and allow only sunscreens of SPF 15 and higher to claim they prevent sunburn and reduce the risk of skin cancer. Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the U.S., with more than 3.5 million new cases each year. What do you think of the new labeling? Do you think people will notice?
