Was the shooting child a hocky prodigy? If so, why didn't he buy a ticket? Where is the mother? Didn't she have a say in what to do? All things being equal, either child should have been eligible to win the shot, the insurance company was just being, an insurance company and the boys will have to look at this shot (or opportunity) on the world wide web for the rest of their lives.
