You also call Rebecca an unstable person and a criminal. What crime did she commit? Shoplifting? Did you know that according the National Association for Shoplifting Prevention, there are approximately 27 million shoplifters (or 1 in 11 people) in our nation today? According to you, 1/11 Americans today are unstable.

Let me tell you a little bit more about these corrupted SNPD just in case if you don’t live in San Diego like I do. When an attorney that I knew had a case against some wealty resident, she was threatend by a man with mask to give away her files on hand in the parking lot. This poor attorney could not walk to her parking with peace for 3months while the case was still in process. Who is behind this incident? Who would want to destroy the files? It was so obvious yet $$ still won the case.

Seriously, that is just so ridiculous! There is no logical reason that the SDPD would just close the case so quickly unless they were “encouraged” to do so, particularly when they spent so much of their investigation time trying to prove that it was physically possible to bind yourself and hang yourself. It’s physically possible to do a lot of things…that doesn’t mean it logically makes sense. There are too many unanswered questions here and if anything, by closing this investigation, the SDPD are making themselves and Jonah Shacknai seem far more suspicious than if they took the time to do a thorough investigation.

Anyway, TC revealed some insider infomation. The media did not mention Rebecca went to shopping and partying after Max was hospitalized. If Rebecca’s sister said that, the media did not show that conversation to the public. TC also mentioned that Rebecca was using Jonah’s money doing this shopping and partying after Max’s tragedy. How do you know that if you are not close to Jonah or are Jonah himself? TC knew about Rebecca’s shoplifting one or two years ago. He knew about Rebecca’s ex husband’s criminal record. He also knew that Rebecca complained about Max in her email to her sister although she claimed that she loved Max more than her own. He said that Rebecca had extensive plastic surgery done that she resembled nothing like her old self. He indicated that Rebecca’s family received money from Jonah. None of these were ever revealed by the media. That’s why I am saying TC/ECH must be close to Jonah or is Jonah himself. Otherwise, he won’t have this information.

I also doubt TC/ECH is the hired PR staff. His messages were way too emotional to be someone who was not part of the family. The PR people would have posted more calm, less emotional messages, as overzealous posts would only hurt their agenda. In TC’s last statement, he said, “this grieving father would probably give his entire wealth away if it would bring little Maxie back”. As FancyDrew said, “referring to Max as “Maxie” is familiar and only something you do when you know a person well.” I have to say I felt his agony and pain after reading this. If there was evidence Rebecca killed the child intentionally, I would not sympathize her at all. However, I just don’t see any proof that Max’s death was a murder committed by Rebecca. For one thing, why would a golddigger kill her boyfriend’s son before she’s even married? Even if she was not put in jail, the mere fact the kid died in her care would probably got her kicked out of the perspective of a marriage.

Whoever TC/ECH is, I think one thing is clear from all his posts. He blames Rebecca for Max’s death. TC/ECH mourned little Max with deep grief in his posts. He indicated again and again that Rebecca was responsible for Max’s death (see the examples below):
- “perhaps her note meant that her suicide was “payment” for injuring Max”
- “She probably hoped that her death would atone for her injuring Max”
- “Interesting that the Zahau family have not expressed one iota of grief for little Max’s death”
- “Or maybe she was afraid evidence would tie her to Max’s death and land her in jail.”
-” it’s odd that you and so many others here are not sad in the least that little Max is dead. You gloss over the child’s death. So if you want to talk about someone who didn’t get a life, it’s a little 6 year old boy who died under far more suspicious circumstances than some golddigging shoplifter.”

TC/ECH’s messages are also conflicting. On one hand, he stated Rebecca was probably the cause of Max’s death and she was shopping and partying after Max’s tragic death, “callous and uncaring Kind of like Casey Anthony”. On the other hand, he was saying Rebecca’s suicide did not look suspicious. He said it was normal for suicide notes to be written in the third person. “Not only that, but Rebecca’s note makes sense in the light of Asian beliefs”. He also said that “you’d be surprised how many people kill themselves in the nude.” to justify the naked scene. But his two sides of the statements do not make any sense because a callous and uncaring golddigger will not commit suicide over a future step child out of guilt, especially if she injured the kid intentionally.
