SERIOUSLY - "dirty homeless people" "no positive result from this movement" Are you serious? Because of these people the narrative has changed from cutting spending to what the majority of people want. The 99% of people who toil for this country get screwed with foreclosures and unemployment and bank fees. The GOP wants to cut Medicare and Medicaid and, eventually, Social Security. The only safety nets for the poor and the middle class will be shredded by the same people who want regulations rolled back on Wall St. The GOP will doom America to repeat history. These "dirty homeless" people have more courage than you ever will.

V:
What exactly does the Occupy America have to do with anything you blather on about in your posting. You apparently have a personal issue with Monsanto but how can these morons who seem to represent you "allow for a sustained conversation." Have you heard some of the stupidity out of these people. At least get someone with a brain to represent you if you want to be heard.
All I see is a bunch of people who would be sitting on their asses all day anyway, they blame everyone for their problems but the reality is that most of your group is losers. Sorry but that is how I see it. I have driven by the Occupy America in my city and they are a bunch of homeless dirty people who now get to pitch their tents on city property. i see no positive result from this movement.
Now having said that I do agree there is a huge problem with corporate greed, the government bailouts and the disparity that is growing between the rich and middle class. But again I don't see how this is helping at all!
With all due respect,

wow, Jen. What you just said is about as American as it gets. Apathy.

You apparently still believe that the way things have been working is the way things are going to be working. I ask you a simple test for your own sake. Do a tad bit of research on Monsanto and decide for yourself if corporate money has or has not infiltrated politics to determine policy. This company has literally created new genetic species and released them into our food supply for profit and we have no idea what their long term implications are. Once in nature, they can grow into any number of problems, and we can't tun back the clock. Talking about the balance of our entire eco system here... risked... for profit. Go ahead, check for yourself. Too lazy and apathetic? Then google "Monsanto: The world's poster child for corporate manipulation and deceit"

Also, go ahead and watch a few videos about the fed reserve. Wait, too much work? Just want dancing with the stars to answer it for you? Here, I can solve that problem, here is a cartoon for you. Google "The American Dream By The Provocateur Network" and watch.

Too much for you? ok ok ok, fine. How about instead you just look into the fact that we just assassinated a political figure, admittedly a bad one, because he had 200 billion dollars most of it in gold. And he was trying to unite the middle east and africa to form a new gold based currency that would have virtually wiped out all of the american dollar and euro influence of oil purchasing power on earth. So, we assassinated him because we know we don't have gold to buy gas with. Gallon of gas, one small gold piece? ha! that'll run you about 1500 american bucks. So, we killed him.

Was it wrong? Yes. Am I glad that we aren't all screwed? Yup, in the short run. But will we have to pay for all these problems? My god you bet we will. And is anyone actually acknowledging this reality? Yup. There are a bunch of protestors who have turned into occupiers that allow for a sustained conversation. One that will hopefully drown you foolish voice out until you do a little bit of reading and learn what is really going on in the world.

With all due respect,

Say what needs to be said? By getting arrested? Just more crap for the cops to do--and as a LEO myself I'd rather be dealing with real crime than these twits who won't obey a curfew. How will getting arrested send your granddaughter to college? Like the cop or the judge has anything to do with it. I'm sure all the big, powerful people these hippies are trying to send a message to are having a good laugh. Go ahead, get arrested. It won't change anything, and the cops enjoy the overtime.

“I’m here for my granddaughter, so I can send her to college,” Soto said. “She deserves Pell grants.”

I thought the Government had taken over the loan programs and loans were not given by banks. Further more Pell Grants are just that -grants that do not have to be paid back.

I don't understand her complaint or even claim that she is sending her grandkid to college. Someone else is.

The occupy movement should focus on the Fed. The Fed is the root cause of all problems. It is a private bank. This is the only bank that can print money. The money is free for the Fed. It can print any amount and give it to anybody it wants to with complete secrecy. It is not accountable to our government also.

Since money is free at the source it must be free everywhere. The debt, tax, unemployment all have been artificially created by the Fed. The poverty is the byproduct of the ponzi scheme that Fed and other central banks have hatched.

This bank must go. The Nobel Laureate Milton Friedman of economics wanted to remove the Fed. We can run the exactly same economy without any money. Please visit the blog site
createmoneylesseconomy (MLE) and contribute your comments. You will have all answers to all FAQ related to the money less economy. Please join the MLE movement and empower the occupy movement.
