Let him sit on his oil!!!!! He will do what he wants anyways. He is that braisen that it does not matter what we do to---- he will just do it. As I said, LET HIM SIT ON HIS OIL. You can't eat it. The US needs to go other directions for oil. The faster we get away from gasoline engines the better. Did you hear that Mr. Obama?

Iran is acting like a stupid, petulant child. It's just giving psycho Israel the justification to nuke Tehran.

That’s not where it is hurting! It’s the food on the table, the electric bill, heating bills, etc. that will be affected!!!!

You won't hear that from MSM as long as Obama is President. Remember all the "news reports" on angry people that couldn't pay their bills when gas prices rose, Bush was President, and Obama was candidate? We saw sob story after sob story. You can BET you won't see them even is gas goes to $6.00 a gallon. They want Obama re-elected. And they will do whatever it takes to get him re-elected.

FTA:

"Cutting off the flow of oil through the Strait of Hormuz, a small waterway that borders Iran, could disrupt roughly a third of the world’s tanker traffic and send oil prices skyrocketing, analysts say."

Calling the Strait of Hormuz "a small waterway" is misleading. At its narrowest point the Strait is over 30 miles wide. That is 50% larger than the English Channel at its narrowest. There is no way to block the Strait by sinking ships in it or any of the other silly ways that have been mentioned by people that are unfamiliar with geography.

Ironically enough, the only entity that could effect the blockage of the Strait is the US Navy's Fifth Fleet. The navy could block the Strait with no more than a phone call and the ones yelping the loudest to get it back open would be the Iranians who would run out of gasoline a about two weeks.

If the Iranians attempted to attack US Naval forces patrolling the Strait the Iranian military would be destroyed swiftly and completely and they know it. They are just shooting off their mouths. If they try shooting off their guns things will end badly for them before the echoes of their first shots die away.

I swear that if I hear one more report about gas prices, I will scream. This is not news. It just gives credence to the entities that threaten us all the time with an excuse for price gouging. Want higher prices for coffee? Just say the bean crop in Brazil was ruined. Want higher prices for toilet paper? Just give the news outlets an explanation they can spew out there. Stop reporting this kind of highway robbery as if it is news. It is pure speculation at most.

Gas prices have already started to increase in Md. They were 3.09 and overnight went to 3.26 a gallon! When are we the people going to take the power reigns away from those who continue to drive us down! To hell with all of the psycho environmentalists that would rather see our nation bankrupt than harm a tree! And then again this may be a scheme to further destroy the private sector middle class! Take your pick no one in this govt can be trusted anymore!

Does anyone see the connection between the payroll tax cut extension and the rising fuel prices? Let’s not blame it all on the Iranians. After all, our Federal Government gets what-around $0.18 per dollar of gasoline sold in taxes? Maybe the real culprit is our own back yard and the our Government is manipulating world events to raise the price of fuel at the pump because they had to give in on the payroll tax cut extension, not wanting to lose that precious income and all. Sounds like the way our Government has been working lately, doesn’t it?
