This is to commemorate the memory of a lost loved one. Not something cute to be "cool like mom." BUT, any child under 18 can not be making these kind of life-altering decisions. I mean, a tattoo is permanent. Even after removal, there is scarring. Whatever happened to body paints? I mean, painting on the body with semi-permanent paint is one thing, and it could be fun and cool. But, tattoos age and get ugly, and when you want it removed, you'll have a permanent scar from that dumb decision. So, these parents are making those decisions for their children... who aren't allowed to drink, vote or drive for good reason?? That makes sense. Ha, ha!
