This was NOT a revenge story! The husband did not do anything to Pelosi to have it be REVENGE. He didn’t do anything to his wife either to have it be REVENGE…he hypothetically had an affair and fathered a child with another woman but did not do anything factual for this to be a revenge case. Understand the meaning of revenge before giving it the title “Revenge for Real”. It was such a waste of an hour. Bring back the fictional Revenge series ASAP!

I’m at a loss as to why ABC would choose to tell this story. It has been told so many times by so many other “investigative” programs, such as City Confidential, Notorious, Dateline on ID, and/or 20/20 (do I need to go on). Don’t get me wrong. I, like so many other people, love these shows. But therein lies the problem. Every show seems to pick and tell the same stories. This is literally the third telling of the Ted Ammon, Generosa, and Danny Pelosi saga. I just don’t get it. There are so very many murders in the United States, so many victims’ stories just screaming to be told. And instead, we get “hey, I can tell that same story better.” Is it an issue of no budget for research? Just lazy? Again, I don’t get it!

How convenient that his wife is no longer around to defend herself, so he’s blaming her.
