I once had a dachshund that found her way so far into a sweater sleave with only her head reaching the other end, immobiled and exhausted from squeezing her way in to get out. Anyway, she was literally a little dog sausage for several hours until I cut away the sleave with a pair of scissors. The sleave just split away and she ran around the house for about an hour, thrilled to be free again. Her pal, the Labrador retriever was greatly releived, as she had been with her the whole time.
