Jaycee Dugard Speaks to ABC's Diane Sawyer in an Exclusive "World News" Interview

For 18 years she did the impossible - she survived. Now, eight months after sharing her astonishing story with the world for the first time, Jaycee Dugard speaks exclusively with Diane Sawyer about what she is doing now. The interview will air Tuesday, March 13 on "World News with Diane Sawyer." The interview will also be featured on other broadcasts and platforms including "Good Morning America," ABCNEWS.com, Yahoo!, ABC NewsOne, and ABC News Radio.

Dugard was kidnapped at age 11 on her way to school by Phillip and Nancy Garrido and held captive for the next 18 years during which time she was repeatedly abused and gave birth to two daughters.

Diane Sawyer conducted the first interview with Jaycee Dugard which aired during a special edition of "Primetime," "Jaycee Dugard: In Her Own Words," on July 10, 2011. The two-hour special was watched by nearly 15 million Americans.
