Smith. I am doing research on "Impacts of climate change on a population of polar bears in Manitoba, Canada". I recently presented my work at a symposium at the University. I plan to continue my research with the intent of publishing in the future. I would like permission to use this news clip in a presentation. Would this be allowed for educational purposes?
