Justin Blackmon Arrested: Jacksonville Jaguars Wide Receiver Held on Aggravated DUI Charge

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon, the fifth player taken in this year's NFL Draft, was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge.

Police pulled over Blackmon shortly after 3 a.m., where Blackmon registered a .24 on a breathalyzer test - three times the legal limit, The Associated Press reported. In Oklahoma, a driver can be charged with aggravated driving under the influence when a test shows .15 or greater.

"We are aware of the report and are gathering information," Jaguars spokesman Dan Edwards said. "We don't have any comment at this time."

Blackmon, 22, was released from jail Sunday afternoon on $1,000 bond. He's due in court on Monday, according to The Associated Press.

Blackmon was previously arrested on a misdemeanor DUI charge in Texas in 2010 after officers caught him speeding. At the time, he was a student at Oklahoma State University where he was named an All-American twice.

The Jaguars traded up in April's NFL Draft to select Blackmon as the fifth overall pick.
