The Kid, should NEVER EVER have her child back again Period!!! This is totally irresponsible. I hope that the baby is given custody to parents that will give this child a decent start in life.

Evil has clobbered our country with the backoff words that you can’t legislate morality. I think we can. Aren’t you tired of reading about abused, murdered, missing, tortured children? This would put a big dent in it. Change the category of those types of involvements with children. No more Child Abuse, Child Endangerment, all the other crap. Children know the name of the category, let them lead you. The all encompassing LEGAL title is DOMESTIC TERRORIST. They ARE terrorists in the eyes of the victim child. Male and fe-male perps convicted of ANY harm to a child, are sterilized. Perps who kidnap or harm a child sexually are ALSO blinded so they can’t pick the child up from the school grounds, their bedrooms, yards, anywhere. Blinding them also ends the child porn billion dollar business. BUYing or MAKING sexually abusive pix of children is classified same, DOMESTIC TERRORIST. No, it does not include abused wives or husbands. Just “our most valuable treasure” our children… IF you believe they are. If not, keep reading this sh*t that you could end if you wanted to. Sterilize and blind them and put them on the doorstep of their parents or next of kin to take care of them. No prison expense for citizens, no ankle braceletss or hordes of teams tracking their residences so neighbors can know evil is close by, no more LawEnforcement to knock on a convicted perps house door for 18 yrs asking if all is ok and walking through the house never noting a missing girl is living in his backyard for 18 years during which she gave birth without medical attention twice. No. LE can’t do the job. YOU CAN. TITLE THE CRIMES DOMESTIC TERRORIST with those two sentences. Do You Care Enough?
WRITE your legislators, call your talk shows, call everybody on C-Span and work that into a quick conversation before the host says we are talking about another topic blabbb. Just get it in there on the airways. If lots of people call, the hosts won’t know who to stop and the programs won’t be able to stop all the different people who call. I’m glad the baby is not with the mother, she needs to take some time to pay for her actions and learn not to do them again, but CPS is not the best place for him either. Granted, there may not be any better alternative at this time, but I want to make sure that no one is hailing CPS as the hero here, because they’re not. I’ve been a foster mom in AZ and other states, and their system in particular is horrid. They fail children all the time, and they’re failing my foster daughter now. They ignore the adoption laws and drag out the entire process. Then, when they’ve illegally drug it out and forced her to stay in limbo for YEARS, the lose her in the system. It’s ridiculous and unexcusable. I just hope this sweet little boy finds a family who loves him and appreciates him, I hope it will be his mother, but even if it’s not, I hope he is truly loved. And I hope he doesn’t get tangled up in all the BS paperwork of the AZ courts and CPS either.. too sad.

The state will mandate she get some kind of treatment. My granddaughter is five weeks old. I tell her mother all the time about how the baby is completely dependent on her for everything she needs. She’s totally defenselss and it’s her job to protect her child at all costs. I feel so badly for the baby in this story. Mom and dad need to get it togeher. When you have a child, your partying days are over.
