For the 2nd Week in a Row, "This Week" Outperformed CBS' "Face the Nation" in Both Total Viewers and Adults 25-54, Posting its First Back-to-Back Win over the CBS Sunday Public Affairs Program in More Than 2 Years
On September 9, 2012, ABC News' "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" drew 2.691 million Total Viewers and 720,000 Adults 25-54, according to Nielsen Media Research.
For the 2nd week in a row, "This Week" outperformed CBS' "Face the Nation" in both Total Viewers (+198,000) and Adults 25-54 (+68,000) , posting its first back-to-back Total Viewer win over the CBS Sunday public affairs program in more than 2 years - since 6/20/10 and 6/27/10.
Note: ABC's "This Week" was pre-empted on the year-ago Sunday (9/11/11) due to a special 3-hour telecast of "Good Morning, America."
