How did this guy get out of jail…. unbelievable ! The laws in this country are waaaaay to liberal & they only protect the bad guy’s….. The weak sister liberal judges & prosecution DO NOT protect the innocent they only protect the guilty. With this guy out of jail this poor woman should learn how to shoot a handgun & carry it all the time

lottie is not perfect, as I’m sure none of you all are either. she’d be the first person to admit her faults. but that doesn’t mean she deserved what daker did to her, karmen and nic. other than that, there’s a bunch of misinformation on this thread. let’s just wait and see what the jury says.

This is very sad for everyone invovled. I do question why Loretta (Lottie) Spencer Blatz kept talking with the stalker even when she and her daughter were threaten. I believe things maybe could have been prevented if she didnt keep answering his phone calls from jail and so on.

Witnesses can be impeached, Daniel. Do some research. And yes, Lottie has done enough to be impeached, by previously lying on the stand, and, I believe, fleeing from the state to avoid being punished for that earlier.

Chris, I think the word you are loking for is impeached. regardless, a witness doesn’t get impeached. A witness can be excused and testimony can be struck, but impeachment is the removal of a government official for misconduct. She can’t be impeached.

On top of that, just because she has become unhinged, doesn’t mean her testimony of the stalking events is unreliable. True, a good lawyer could work his way around her testimony and make her sound unreliable like happened in the OJ Simpson case, but that doesn’t mean the witness should be excused and she certainly can’t be impeached.

Everything I read about Loretta (Lottie) Spencer Blatz makes her sound a little unhinged. Too bad Daker is going pro se, a competent attorney could probably have impeacher her by now. She admitted (as per other online media outlets) that she lied before.

As for the house, the woman lived on the upper floor of the rented house, the victim* lived on the lower floor. Hair falls from people and gets on floors.

*and that’s important to note, someone did get killed and this doesn’t lessen it; it just may turn out that Daker isn’t the killer.
