All the accusatory instruments are based SOLELY upon information and BELIEF of the victim, John Reardon

ABSENT ARE FACTS that the defendant committed the offenses charged.

People who do not know the facts SHOULD NOT BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE.

The Associated Press should be knocking on REARDONS DOOR asking him why he filed a false complaint.
