I assume that they are aware that there are 2 planets that comprise the Earth - the public one and the private one? What are the odds that anyone with this ability would commit a heist without already having the buyer lined up ahead of time? Sort of reminds me when Saddam Hussein had access to our news and other countries news through standard tv sources during Desert Storm and watched news reports to get a good idea of where our people were going. Yeah, right. I guess since it is illegal to purchase them, they can't sell them. Of course it is illegal to steal them so it must be impossible for them to have been stolen.
