You should never leave your dog out side and the thief was trying to see if anyone owned the dog but no one came i belive the thief thought the dog was left there

The thief is the jerk here, but PLEASE do not leave your dog unattended on the street or in a car. You wouldn’t leave your child alone, why not leave your beloved dog?

I got news for you ppl complaining why they left the dog tied up outside the store while they were shopping. I don’t like it when you leave your dogs in the house all day while you go shopping and they yap and bark disturbing your neighbors. Of course when you get home, the dog is as quiet as a mouse so you don’t know.

I live in a city and I see this all the time. It amazes me that the owners think they are spending time with their pets while leaving them tied up outside a coffee shop while they sit inside. Often the animals are anxious and at the very least are left alone. This is not spending time with your pet. It’s just irresponsible. Again, stealing is wrong and the thief is despicable; however, the fact remains that the owner was irresponsible and neglectful of her charge.

Stealing is wrong, but it is NOT blaming the victim to point out how completely thoughtless and irresponsible it is to leave an animal tied up outside a store or place of business. Bad dog owner. I hope she has learned her lesson.

I live in the city and would NEVER leave my dog tied up outside while I go into a store. That is asking for trouble. Granted the dog should not have been stolen but an ounce of prevention.

You “accusers” don’t know happy jack about how some things run in a big city. People do this all the time, to get their dogs out of the apartment, spend social time with them and support cardio activity. This is NOT uncommon; they are not leaving the dog in a hot car, freezing rain or without food and water for hours. The only crime here is the dognapper. I hope they find him and nail him to the wall.
