Lyle – they certainly DID begin regulating Ammonium Nitrate after the Oklahoma City bombing. Just try to buy some. I bet you can’t. that being said, these shootings are not because of access to guns, they are caused by mental illness. So many laws are broken when they are committed that I do not understand how anyone thinks that new laws will prevent them. Maybe Colorado should do the right thing and add mental illness to the background check.

I remember there was a couple of people who killed hundreds in Oklahoma using a legally rented truck, some diesel fuel and fertilizer. So far as I am aware, none of those items have been banned. Why are we discussing a ban on tools when it is the use they are put to that is the problem?

Hmm the media leaves out the MOST IMPORTANT parts of this story, hopefully when Al Jazeera takes over gores failed cable propaganda channel we will get some real journalism

1- How did an unemployed student PAY for these LEGALLY purchased items ?

With money from his Obama provided 15,000 dollar educational grant

2- Why was this person subject to discussion by police with his school dr who was treating him fro depression, and why when the police offered to “take action” such as “filing paper” (to stay off campus) on him in reference to some “undisclosed incident” that was “cause for concern” to the police did the dr advise them “no the incident was in response to the “therapy” ”

This school is part of an NIH drug trial for an experimental depression drug which contains Scopolamine made from a south american plant and once used by the cia but abandoned for its ZOMBIE LIKE EFFECT. This drug is best induced via the OCULAR CAVITY (eyes) and in powder form can be introduced by blowing it into the face of the subject (serpent and the rainbow)

Note google Scopolamine NIH for a WEALTH of information on this drug and trials on it for use in depression, also note the media reports of the ZOMBIE LIKE EXPRESSION OF THE SHOOTERS FACE IN COURT

FACTS
We know he had funds from the government in the for,m of cash, ed grant. Had the govt placed these funds on a CARD the purchases could have been monitored and flagged and an intervention could have taken place, lives saved

We know he was being TREATED for mental illness by the school dr, this could have been used to FLAG and intervene on the ammo gun purchases

We KNOW the police intervened in some UNDISCLOSED incident and offered to GET HIM IN THE SYSTEM, the school dr advised otherwise, this could have provided an intervention

Aside from these THREE HUGE FAILINGS

We also MUST ASK, what was the treatment, what was it for, what was the incident the police intervened on, what if any drugs was he prescribed, were any of these drugs part of a clinical trial , and if so, was this person LEGALLY INVOLVED in that trial, or was this person placed on medications and was NOT part of that trial

There are a LOT of unanswered questions here, and LEVERAGING this tragedy to a political agenda and ignoring these questions AND KNOWN FACTS is a TRAVESTY of the journalistic community
