Hi guys/girls. I ask you why you focus so much on the racial aspect? It seems kind of silly. Why does it matter what race, or mix thereof? It was probably a mix of races, which makes it stupid to speculate at it. People come on… Racism is not appropriate for any public forum because it shows an insecurity of yours and it shows the cowardice of those who enjoy the idea of insulting entire groups of people. While some of you might return comment that you are racist in your everyday life and all the time. Now I want you to realize how stupid that makes you. Now, we should focus on the fact that it was a silly prank and while it might have caused some hysterics its now in the past lol. Just inform kids of the damage they might have caused and the true consequences. A little trust might be needed. They could have been well meaning. Flash mob movies expose kids to the idea that they can change things and make difference where normally they feel helpless to change their enviorment. Also, it might seem a cool idea to them. So before we assume they meant harm or were being bad look at their exposure and how they might feel the inability to change how the outside world influences.

We have teenagers who get in fights , bring guns, and knives in the malls in Louisiana all the time. You never know when there planned, or whose going to die.

im so tired of race being an issue with everything that happens in te US, if u racist then keep it to yourself, u not convincing anyone to believe the hatred that u feel, tak e look at all the recent events that have happened, none was black!!! no school shootings, no mall shootings, no bombings, no terrorist acts, so what place do u associate that flash mob with oh they must be back!! well when a school shooting or bombiings or workplace shootings, black people can say oh they must be white!!!

I agree with you on that one Kevin G. I don’t understand how in this generation there is still so much racism.. How can someone sit there and say that “it had to be black people” that’s just plain ignorant. And all you people saying that kids do stupid stuff, got to make mistakes to learn for one.. And two with how ignorant this world has come, kids don’t know any better.. Did any of you talk to any of the kids involved? Do any of you haters know anything about the situation other then what the media has said? Like someone else said all kinds of age groups, religions, and races have done flash mobs… And what just because this time it was teenagers it’s something “stupid” … It really makes me wonder what kind of world we are living in, kind of sad. I thought we were making changes.
