A Connecticut woman returning from a cruise is in a Florida jail on a warrant that is more than 20 years old.

Robin Hall, 41, is being held at Brevard County Jail on an out-of-county warrant issued by Orange County, where she is awaiting to be transferred. When she was 18, Hall was arrested for stealing a pack of cigarettes at a local Walmart, and a warrant had been issued for failing to pay $85 in court costs.

Hall had returned from a Disney Dream cruise with her husband and two children on Jan. 17, when Port Canaveral authorities discovered a warrant for her while searching the ship's manifest for terrorists. Authorities pulled her aside, informed her of the charge, then took her into custody.

The Brevard County Jail will not allow Hall to post bail because the charge is from Orange County, where she must be escorted by deputies before her case can proceed. She has been jailed since last week and is expected to be transferred to the Orange County Jail later this week.
