Mr. Muir, the correct statement according to the IAEA is that Iran told the IAEA about the installation of the new centrifuges and asked the IAEA inspectors to come and verify it. The inspectors went and verified the new centrifuges and the plans for the installation. Your statement of "... IAEA inspectors had found..." is misleading to the point of being a falsehood.
