They (or at least the driver) threatened and tried to run over a police officer on duty. It could be an attempted murder case, and apparently they were not under the influence. Also because Koreans don't have guns, they don't know the difference between a BB gun and a real gun. Just simply this is an attempted murder case by some morons. They should pay the price as they would have done in the States. Trying to run over a cop on a NY street?? Man.. their families must be preparing their funeral by now..
