ABC News' "Good Morning America" ranked as the No. 1 morning program during the 1st Quarter 2013 in both Total Viewers (5.389 million) and Adults 25-54 (2.026 million), according to Nielsen Media Research . In fact, 1Q13 marked the first time in 19 years for "GMA" to win a 1st quarter in Total Viewers and in 20 years in Adults 25-54 - since 1Q94 and 1Q93, respectively. In addition, after also winning the key adult news demo during 4Q12, "GMA" scored its first back-to-back quarter wins in Adults 25-54 in more than 18 years - since 2Q94 and 3Q94. In addition, 1Q13 represented "GMA's" 3rd straight quarterly win in Total Viewers, scoring its longest overall viewer winning streak in nearly 19 years - since 1Q94 - 3Q94.

Impressively, "GMA" ranked No. 1 in every week during 1Q13 (all 13 weeks) in Total Viewers for the 2nd consecutive quarter. In Adults 25-54, "GMA" ranked No. 1 in 9 of 13 weeks, including the final 8 weeks of the quarter.

"GMA" outperformed NBC's "Today" (4.718 million and 1.978 million) during 1Q13 by +671,000 Total Viewers and +48,000 Adults 25-54. In fact, "GMA" turned in its largest Total Viewer advantage over "Today" during any quarter in more than 21 years - since before 4Q91; Nielsen's electronic database started on September of 1991.

"GMA" was up compared to the previous quarter (5.078 million and 1.941 million for 4Q12) and the year-ago quarter (4.932 million and 1.997 million for 1Q12) in both Total Viewers (+6% and +9%, respectively) and Adults 25-54 (+4% and +1%, respectively), representing "GMA's" strongest quarter performance in 8 years in Total Viewers and in 4 years in Adults 25-54 - since 1Q05 and 1Q09, respectively.

During 1Q13, "GMA" beat CBS' "Early Show" by 2.555 million Total Viewers and by 948,000 Adults 25-54, posting its largest Total Viewer lead over the CBS program during a quarter in nearly 8 years - since 2Q95.

For the 8th straight week, ABC News' "Good Morning America" finished as the week's No. 1 morning program in both Total Viewers (5.159 million) and Adults 25-54 (1.837 million) during the week of March 25, 2013, according to Nielsen Media Research. "GMA" led NBC's "Today Show" (4.511 million and 1.833 million, respectively) by +648,000 Total Viewers and +4,000 Adults 25-54. Week to week, "GMA" sharply increased its Total Viewer margin (+83%) over the "Today Show" (+355,000 on w/o 3/18/13). Additionally, GoodMorningAmerica.com on Yahoo! reached almost 23 million users in February 2013. It is the No. 1 morning news website and beats Today.com by millions of users each month.

The ABC morning newscast has ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers in all 26 weeks of the season and in 21 of 26 weeks in Adults 25-54. In fact "GMA" has ranked No. 1 every week in Total Viewers for the last eight months (the last 32 weeks - since w/o 8/13/12 ) and in 37 of the last 39 weeks (behind "Today" only during the 2 weeks of the Summer Olympics). Further, "GMA's" 32 consecutive weeks at No. 1 stand as its longest stretch in 20 years - since the 1992-93 season, w/o 11/9/92 - w/o 6/28/93. In Adults 25-54, "GMA" ranked No. 1 in 25 of the past 30 weeks.

"GMA" was up in Total Viewers year to year by +6% (4.861 million on w/o 3/26/12) . The ABC morning newscast has seen its overall audience improve year to year in all 26 weeks this season and for the last 33 weeks overall (since w/o 8/6/12). In contrast, NBC's "Today" (-9%) has not only seen losses year to year in Total Viewers in all 26 weeks of the season, it has turned in losses for the last 32 weeks overall, starting with the week following the Summer Olympics (since w/o 8/13/12).

Season to date, "GMA" stands as the No. 1 morning news program in both Total Viewers and Adults 25-54. In fact, "GMA" is leading "Today" by its largest season margin in overall viewers (+597,000) in more than 21 years, and in the key adult news demo (+74,000) in 20 years - since before the 1991-92 season and the 1992-93 season, respectively; Nielsen's electronic database started on September of 1991.

Season to date "GMA" is up in both Total Viewers (+7%) and Adults 25-54 (+2%) versus its year-ago averages, standing as the only morning newscast to grow in the key adult news demo (NBC's "Today" is down -14%/-20%, respectively; CBS' "This Morning" is mixed +8%/flat, respectively). "GMA" is seeing its largest overall season audience in 8 years and best Adult 25-54 performance in 4 years - since the 2004-05 and 2008-09 seasons, respectively.

For the week, "GMA" outdelivered CBS' "This Morning" in Total Viewers (+90%) and Adults 25-54 (+85%) .
