A Colorado man was arrested after he allegedly tunneled through a wall to burglarize a marijuana dispensary.
Craig Stevens, 43, was arrested in Colorado Springs, Colo., on multiple charges including second degree burglary, criminal mischief and offenses relating to marijuana and theft, after police responded to reports of a burglary in process early Friday morning.
After arriving at the Organic Seeds marijuana dispensary, officers found and arrested Stevens. Inside the building they found a tunnel from the bathroom of the Birria De Chiva restaurant to the dispensary next door.
Police said Stevens removed a sink from the wall, damaging the wall, before tunneling through to the dispensary on the other side, where he took several plants.
