After arriving at the Organic Seeds marijuana dispensary, officers found and arrested Stevens. Inside the building they found a tunnel from the bathroom of the Birria De Chiva restaurant to the dispensary next door.

Police said Stevens removed a sink from the wall, damaging the wall, before tunneling through to the dispensary on the other side, where he took several plants.
