ABC News Radio’s Executive Director Andrew Kalb sent the following note to the Radio division announcing that Matt Wolfe joins ABC News as Production Manager of ABC News Radio. His first day was October 7th:

Please join me in welcoming Matt Wolfe to our team as Production Manager.

Matt is already familiar to many of you.  He was a freelance WGA writer with us between 2004 and 2007.  And, for the last few years Matt has been working in a freelance role on our digital audio initiatives.  Matt was responsible for one of our first pieces on the Men’s Life station on Slacker Radio.

For the last 13 years, Matt has been an important part of WBAB Radio on Long Island.  He’s held a variety of roles at the radio station.  Most recently, Matt was producer of the morning show while hosting the weeknight evening shift.

Matt’s production, broadcast and on-air skills are the perfect mix for the continued growth of the many products we currently produce and many of our future initiatives.

Welcome, Matt!

Andrew
