This falls into the “don’t try this at home” category. Mohammad Rashid reportedly now holds the record for smashing walnuts with his head after he managed to crack a whopping 155 of them in one minute.

The martial artist beat out the previous record of 44 walnuts in a minute at the Punjab Youth Festival in Lahore, Pakistan, Storyful reported.

In the mesmerizingly-bizarre video, the fierce competitor slams his head down (Talk about whiplash!), smashing walnuts in twos as he proceeds down a long table surrounded by spectators. Rashid emerges with a cut on his forehead, but otherwise seemingly unscathed.

The festival, which took place last month, features thousands of events and wild and crazy sports and around 100 world records were challenged this year, according to their website.  A group of almost 30,000 Punjab Youth Festival attendees broke the Guinness World Record for the largest human national flag at the National Hockey Stadium last month as well.

A spokesperson for Guinness World Records said they “can’t confirm the record was broken at this time,” but will wait for evidence to verify the official attempt.
