		<description>Sebelius doesn&#039;t get it. You don&#039;t need EMRs for mammogram and periodic checkup reminders - a $5 wall calendar or free smartphone scheduler will do that. Having access to your own EMR on a mobile phone is NOT going to help the average patient because the information is only part of the issue. Doctors and other health practicioners have been trained to identify the significant and reject the incidental, interpret the relevant information, and determine the best course of action. The average person would probably turn into a hypochondriac by fretting over every potential symptom they notice and every detail in their health profile that isn&#039;t textbook perfect.</description>
