From Tom Holland: The Excuse Trap

There will always be an excuse not to work out. Always. Work, stress, relationships, family, and so on. These are not excuses, they are actually the reasons we NEED to get our exercise in. Don’t fall into the excuse trap. Make that appointment on your schedule for your workout and keep it. Everything else benefits as a result.

Juju seems very insecure to me. As a practicing psychologist, I find her to be someone that overcompensates tremendously for her low self-esteem. The worst interview she ever did was with a group of “unschoolers”…talk about demeaning a group in order to elevate herself! She seems to me to be a very unaccepting human being…a poor choice for a news anchor, if I ever saw one.

While I can appreciate the need for people to exercise, I fail to understand why we continue to raise money to send outside the USA when we have so many thousands of needy people in EVERY city in the USA. I am sick of sending money elsewhere–charity begins at home. So while you are bike riding and swimming to earn money for Haiti, yet another american child goes hungry or is beaten to death. Or both. GO JUJU.

Wow, Gina what you said is so very true. I see it everyday in my community. Why do celebrities and others in the lime light choose to help outsiders when there’s so much help needed here. Maybe that’s one reason why America are suffering so much.
