Summer travel season's in full swing and after the airfare is purchased or the road-trip planned, there's still the issue of the hotel. Hotel rates are up slightly since last summer, but here's a deal that should offset rising costs: A $100 hotel gift card from Travelocity for just $50.
The deal is available via DailyDeals.com. It's redeemable at over 70,000 hotels and there are no blackout dates; however, it must be redeemed before Dec. 31 or the value of the card drops to $50 (the amount you pay).
The card must be purchased today (June 2). There is a minimum two-night stay and the total price of the booking must be $250 before taxes.
