Christmas is more than a month away, but it certainly has arrived at Starbucks. The popular red cups have made an appearance, signaling to many that the holidays are upon us.

Today through Sunday, if you purchase one of the company's holiday drinks between 2 and 5 p.m., you will get another one free of equal or lesser value. The drinks offered are the caramel brulee latte, peppermint mocha and gingerbread latte.

A grande caramel brulee latte has 360 calories and 6 grams of fat. A peppermint mocha has 330 calories and 8 grams of fat and a gingerbread latte has 250 calories and 6 grams of fat.
