Sticking to your diet between meals can be tough if you’re hungry. Bethenny Frankel stopped by “Good Morning America” with recipes for some of her favorite healthy snacks. Whether you’re on-the-go or on-the-job, you’ll love these quick and satisfying bites.

1. Frozen bananas: Freeze halves on a stick, dip in dark chocolate and roll in chopped almonds
2. Bethenny’s Berry Granola: Snack on a couple of handfuls or add to your favorite yogurt for a mid-morning boost.

Love Bethenny!, her snack bars are the best, I eat them regularly, they are the best for a mid afternoon snack, they totally curve my apetitte and stop me from binging at dinner time. You go girl!

Was this a chef segment or a Bethenney’s Empire commercial. So over this gal. Thought she was going to establish normal relationships and admired her for trying, but now I can’t see it. Feel sorry for the legions of Skinny devotees. They need to turn elsewhere for a health mentor.
