While you might find this dress beautiful, you won't be able to try it on. The stunning life-like dress is made with an unlikely material: cake.

Baker Donna Millington-Day of the Fairytale Cake Company created this 6-foot-tall confection stacked with 17 layers of sponge cake. Filled with 17 pounds of Madagascan vanilla butter cream frosting and 7 pounds of jam, the sponge cake was made with 224 eggs, 28 pounds of flour, 28 pounds of butter and 28 pounds of sugar.

The cake is decorated with 49 pounds of sugar paste icing, 2 pounds of royal icing and sugar pearls. Featured at the National Wedding Show in Birmingham, U.K., the cake is sells for 6,000 pounds ($9,000.)
