Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a Victoria's Secret Angel?

Victoria's Secret Models Share Secrets Behind Their Toned Bodies

Three of the lingerie line's top models - Behati Prinsloo, Karlie Kloss and Erin Heatherton - graced the set of "Good Morning America" this morning to give an Angel Boot Camp crash course and share a few tips.

Angel Boot Camp Tips

One of Prinsloo's beauty secrets is to put illuminator at the top of her cheekbones to "give a glow" on your face. She also likes to put fragrance in key areas on her body, especially behind her knees.

"It's a pulse point so it stays longer," Prinsloo, 24, newly engaged to singer Adam Levine, explained on "GMA."

Kloss, 20, demonstrated a quick fitness tip using an elastic band, something that's easy for Angels always on the go to use.

"You're constantly traveling, so what I like to do is bring my workout with me," she said. "Every girl wants a nice, strong look."

"They're really easy if you know what to do with them [and] good for lengthening and strengthening," Kloss said of the bands. "As a Victoria's Secret Angel, it's really important to not only just look good but to feel good."

Once Angels look and feel good, they strut their stuff on the runway, a skill Heatherton, 24, gave a sneak peek into how to do.

"To walk on the runway, the key is to stand up straight and feel good because when you feel good, that's when you look the most beautiful and confident," she said. "And put the weight in the balls of your feet."

And what about walking the runway with angel wings, the signature accessory of Victoria's Secret models, at your back?

"Walking the runway is definitely much easier with wings," Heatherton said. "You stand a little taller."
