Culver City, 10:40 am
Quote of the weekend, from ABC News Radio:
"In the West Bank, outraged by suggestions that their religion has a violent component, militants have firebombed Catholic churches."
Uh…..right.
In Culver City, CA, right now, about to interview Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of "South Park," for Nightline. Then it’s off to Arizona for a political story.
Anything you want me to ask the South Park guys?

How can you even conduct an interview with these icons without being so awestruck as to be tongue
tied. You are a pro Jake!
Ask on Kenny’s health for me and ask what three people, alive or dead, could be considered inspirations for some of Cartman,s behavior.

I have a question for Trey and Matt: Why don’t you have more Terrance and Phillip episodes? They are the best.

Hi Jake,
Please ask them if Robert Muratore will ever make a cameo appearance on South Park?
Thanks,

Finally somebody at one of the major networks who seems to understand how stupid the networks’ coverage of Islamic militants is. And for that matter how stupid the networks’ coverage of anything usually is.
Trey and Matt may be the two smartest, funniest people in the history of TV. I’d like you to ask them who the inspiration was for their reporter in the Beaver Dam episode. Maybe the funniest thing I have ever seen … “No, that’s just what we’re reporting.”

Can you ask Matt and Trey who they are rooting for in 2008 for President? Can you also ask them if they will do any politically themed episodes this year?

Is there a way to vote out Katie and give the CBS desk to Matt and Trey… we need some one on the networks that can tell the truth and the whole truth. If we start a campaing, will they run?
Can you believe that the Muslims proved the Pope right and he apologized?

Please ask Trey & Matt if Mohammed (peace be with him) will ever make a cameo appearance on South Park?
If he has already, then we need to see alot more of him!
Thanks,
rob

three questions for matt and trey:
1. why didn’t they wave back in the lift line at vail back in 97
2. the time seems ripe to tack on another film about the state of world and its leaders. when is the next one coming?
3. where does their inspiration come from? that’s gotta be hard now that they’re on episode 1,456 or something…

Please ask them if they ever intend to have the boys visit the Playboy Mansion. Cartman could possibly take Hugh’s place for the episode.

Can you ask them if L. Ron Hubard has come to them in their dreams or in person? Have they noticed any of Tom Cruises people hanging in front of thier homes?

I heard that one of the reasons that Tom Cr-uise-azy got cut from Paramount because Trey and Matt have another SP movie coming out, and Tommy wasn’t feelin it (not sure he like the closet episodes)… and basically Paramount picked Trey and Matt over Tom Cruise. True??

Matt and Trey are (with John Stossel) the only libertarians on TV. Why isn’t love of individual freedom more popular, especially among entertainment types?

Can you ask them why they wanted to do an episode with Mohammad when they already did one with the “super-bestfriends” episode. All they have to do is reshow it. Its a good episode btw.
