Hillary Clinton (D-NY) and her opponent former Yonkers Mayor John Spencer (R-NY) will square off in their first televised debate on Friday October 20, 2006 in Rochester, NY.  NY1 News is sponsoring this first hour-long showdown and it will be seen on Time-Warner news channels across the Empire State.
