Bush: Make Tax Cuts Permanent for Sustained Economic Growth
EmailABC’s Karen Travers Reports: During a visit to the FedEx sorting facility in Washington DC today The President touted the latest job figures and said that the way to sustain economic growth is to make tax cuts permanent.
"One sure way to hurt this economy is to take money out of the pockets of consumers, or small business owners, and send it to Washington, D.C.,” the President said.
Bush noted the falling energy prices and said that as a result, consumers have more money to save, invest or spend.
Bush said the government needs to encourage entrepreneurship with:
- low taxes, less regulation, rational government spending and opening markets overseas

Why is the President so hellbent on bankrupting the United States, this is an act of treason. The Constitution of the United Statee does not grant anyone the authority to cut taxes, which means that they are illegal. The Constitution (Article I, Section Seven) gives the House of Representatives the authority to raise revenue and it (Article I, Section Eight) gives the authority to collect taxes. The Constitution does not allow tax cuts, this is not only turns the United States into a debtor nation, it is a national security threat. If the President wants to cut taxes then he needs to be prepared for impeachment, because of his inability to obey the United States Constitution, the law of the land. Even the Book of Romans (Chapter 13) tells us to obey the laws of the land and to pay our taxes.

Enough is enough Mr. President. Your careless fiscal policies, which include your massive tax cuts for the “well-to-do” have driven this country into financial ruin and done little for the economy.

I get really tired of hearing the republicans say that if democrats get in, they’ll raise your taxes! Maybe democrats will raise your taxes…..IF you make OVER $377,000 a year! The great thing is that if you’re a middle class family democrats will keep your tax cuts and work to cut them even more so you can pay for milk, clothes and your home. If you are in the top bracket I’m sorry that you will have to save an extra month to buy that new yacht or trip to Fiji.

I think what the president is really saying is if we don’t continue to give billions of dollars to companies like Halliburton, big oil and drug companies, as well as the already super rich that they will no longer enjoy record breaking profits and as a consequence they can no longer filter back hundreds of millions of dollars back to the “Campaign War Chest Fund” or Bridges to know where etc etc etc. In fact; if we spend those billions on helping our kids through college, helping seniors, paying our teachers, police officers and first responders’ etc better wages that there might not be any money left for them. My advice is; stop taking away from the middle class under the pretense of a “tax cut” – Americans are now all too familiar with your smoke screens, you will not fool them again, also if you really need money that bad then get some from Mr. or Mrs. Foley – I hear he has about $600,000 left over.

The tax cuts are a smoke screen to feed the rich. The most used sector in the voting public are the christian type churches that vote these phoney, greedy thieves in under the pretense that the government will usher in morality in with laws. There is seperation of church and state.Accept it. You may desire your moral beliefs to be accepted, but voting people in that will supposedly pass laws to enforce your christian beliefs is impossible. Quit being used! Recognise these politicians for what they are. They preach what you want to hear to scam your vote and keep stealing your money. What kind of government can say they are led by a god and in the same breath, send our yound to their deaths in wars? It is over the price of oil. If Irag were covered in bananas and not oil, we would not bother. President Clinton really did nothing to build social security, he simply did not steal it when he was in office. It is self-funding. It built up into multi-billions of dollars in his terms. Where is it now? They mailed it to their friends under the maske of a “tax cut”. I recieved $300.00. I know of a couple who have litterly “rock star” money including live in maid service, race horses, the whole bit. They recieved $24,000. They sighed and said, “We finally feel like we have some money! The government is so unfair to rich people.” By the way,t hey did not spend the money- they already have 12 of everything, there was really not need. One of there friends recieved $225,000. Are you angry yet? Voldemort votes Republican!!!!
