So Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, who also happens to be the GOP gubernatorial candidate, is appealing the judge’s decision to keep the Cleveland area precincts open late.

Speaking of Blackwell, ABC News is projecting that he will lose his race tonight against Rep. Ted Strickland, D-OH.

Another projected winner: Sen Bob Byrd, D-WV.
