Biden: “Just Look Me Over”
ABC News’ Teddy Davis Reports: Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., said "just look me over" while speaking Wednesday at a Democratic presidential candidates’ forum in Carson City, Nev.
Biden’s presidential campaign has not received as much attention as those of some of his rivals. But the loquacious chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee is hoping that his long years of experience will get him a hearing among Democratic primary voters.
"Who among us has the strength, the character and the background?" asked Biden.
Biden, who was elected to the Senate in 1972, warned that President Bush is leaving the next president "no margin of error."

Joe Biden has got it right on Iraq. He is my top pick for 08.
After we pull out of Iraq, what next? He’s got an answer.

I’ve been liking him as a pick for a long time. Finally, the Dems are giving us something to choose from!

Biden is just a politician, no more or less.
Well, maybe a bit less, since he was caught in 1989 plagiarizing speeches from foreign politicians. I guess he hopes we’ve forgotten about that.
He’s also shown himself to be prone to gaffes from time to time, and not particularly inspiring at the best of times. Maybe that’s why he finds it easier to copy others’ speeches.
Nothing against the guy, just doesn’t seem to be real president material to me. Couldn’t be worse than Bush, I suppose.

…hey, look me over, lend me your ear… Sounds like the perfect campaign song for Joe. So far, he is certainly my top pick.

It’s a shame that the stupidity of the Clinton/Geffen flap overshadowed the Senator’s remarkable display of humanity and policy-understanding.
