Iran and Syria Meetings

ABC News’ Z. Byron Wolf and Jake Tapper Report: On the upcoming meetings with Iran and Syria  Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will announce before the Senate Appropriations Committee, Reid praised such efforts but said, "We are years behind." He pointed out that Democrats have been calling for some time for diplomatic meetings with those countries specifically on the subject of Iraq.
