The House of Representatives, in a vote gaveled to a close at 3:22 pm EST, voted 246-182 in favor of a non-binding resolution against the surge.

Nothing personnal but don’t you think that people who don’t know the difference between Speaker of the House and Sergeant at Arms should leave political commentary to those who do?
